Google Maps had EV charging stations

If you happen to have an electric vehicle and find yourself driving to places outside of your town, Google is now making it easier to find a charging station for your EV. If you have an EV in Mississippi...don’t drive too far...just sayin’!

Blogger getting Updated

I used Blogger to host 2 blogs. One is for just my tech stuff that I post here and another is about fitness and faith. Google will be rolling out some impressive new features to Blogger that will make it an impressive service, think WordPress type of dashboard functionality. No timeline when the new UI will roll out but it will be sometime this year.


Google Testing NFC in NYC and SF in the Spring

Google announced that it will begin testing of Near Field Communication (NFC) technology thi... in New York City and San Francisco locations on certain devices. Also testing out NFC is FourSquare at their HQ.

Google Search for iPhone Update

Google has updated its Google mobile app for the iPhone adding a new UI and a new name "Go.... It is quite an impressive new look to it as you can simply swipe to bring up the sidebar of options for your search such as Places, Images, News, Shopping, etc.
