I agree wholeheartedly on the Firefly issue. I found it via a friend long after it was off air (I would have watched it live). Glad it is now on the Science Channel. Plus Fox canceled Keen Eddie (a funny buddy copy out of water comedy).

I enjoy Fringe, Doctor Who, Warehouse 13 (though some episodes were pretty bad), Royal Pains, and Big Bang Theory.  Outside out that, I pretty much just tolerate television these days.

You're right, networks kill shows before they have a chance to get their story really going.  I try not to invest in a show right up front, because I don't want to be let down by a cancellation.  The networks have conditioned me to think this way.

If a show lasts three seasons, I'm often too busy to get "caught up" and so I rarely ever do.

I blame FOX!!! Just kidding. But they really messed up Firefly!
