"Did well last night, slept for 7 hours. Shouldn't have snoozed the alarm. I had it set for 5am, but woke up at 4:41. I should have got up then, but laid down and snoozed when it went off at 5 until 5:30. Oh well, will do better tomorrow :)"

Hi, I'm Nick from NY. My goal is to get down to 180 pounds (to start). Currently I'm 211.I got down to 191 over the summer (2010), but then the summer ended. :) I began running last winter and would like to get back into it again. I ran two 5K's last year and would like to run 2-3 more this summer.
