For no reason whatsoever, I started watching the piot episode of Lost last night. Man, after all the years you forget how incredible and amazing those first episodes were. Also, knowing everything I know now about the ending, it gives a whole new perspective to watch them again. One of the most beneficial things you can do is keep a personal, private journal. As much as we share on the Internet, we can't share everything, and I find it helps to get some things out on "paper" rather than keep those feelings and ideas in my head.
