I know this bends the format of this group just a little - but I think this will be a fun exercise. We've all heard that "breakfast is the most important meal of the day". If that's the case, than let's show it some respect by taking a picture of our "usual" and posting it here - being mindful of "Health, Fitness & Accountability". Perhaps in some small way sharing respect for the first food we eat each day will help in your journey to achieve your goals and by all means have fun with it!
Here's my "usual" quick and easy breakfast.
Egg, Salsa, Spinach Wrap (150 calories)
- Small Flour Tortilla
- 1 egg cooked in microwave (ask me how)
- 1/4 cup baby spinach (fresh)
- 2 tbs. Salsa
Assemble, wrap, eat, smile.
