Summer 2011 Meet Up

Hello everyone!

Here are the details for our 2011 Summer meet up. We are planning to get together the weekend of June 17 -19.

Updated information as of Wednesday June 15th, 2011

 

FRIDAY- June 17th
Dinner at Abuelos 7pm Eastern Time: If you have RSVP'd for the meet up but are NOT going to dinner, please let us know.  The cost of dinner is on you own.

Post-Dinner: Meet up at the Ravenscraft's aka gspn.tv World Headquarters. An email with address will be sent to those who are RVPD'd.  Cliff's email is Cliff@Ravenscraft.org or his cell number is 859-757-1399 if you should need it.
 
SATURDAY - June 18th
 
LAST MINUTE CHANGE OF PLANS!  Due to rain, we are moving the meetup to our home.  For address and directions, please call Cliff at 859-757-1399.
- Anticipate we'll eat between 12:30 and 1 (don't show up starving ;))
 
- Please feel free to bring any activities/ games you think the group might enjoy
 
- We'll have trivia throughout the day on LOST, Hunger Games and Twilight
 
- Depending on everyone's energy/mood, we'll perhaps hit a movie or find somewhere else to hang out in the evening.
 
SUNDAY - June 19th

GENERAL INFORMATION & COST
- Obviously everything is casual
- Friday and Sunday are "on your own" for $$, the cost for Saturday is $10/adult, $5/child
- If you have NOT RSVP'd on the community site - please do so by midnight Thursday
- If you are coming from the north, seriously consider taking 275 around the city - major delays exist on 71 thru Cincinnati

CARPOOLING

Comment here if you can provide/ or need transport to the June meetup. Please say how many spots you have to offer/need and where you're coming from.

LODGING

We will investigate reduced room rates if there is enough demand. Please let us know here how many nights and how many people you might need. Also, for any local Cincy folks, if you are willing to share a guest room, let us know by replying!!!

Alison: I am going to come provided I can get a reasonable plane ticket price.  I would be interested in a hotel and I wouldn't mind sharing with 1 or 2 other women.  I am single.

The price has gone down for me, but I haven't purchased anything yet.
